The Ministry of Health (MoH) has submitted a request to the Ministry of Finance to prepare and implement a Public Private Partnership (PPP), using the UK PFI model for the design, financing, construction, maintenance, equipping, furnishing and providing non-clinical services of two General Hospitals and Oncology Center in the Governorate of Cairo.
