Amendment in Law No. 89 of 1998
The Parliament approved in its meeting held on 24-03-2009 to amend Tenders & Procurement Law No. 89/1998 by adding a new article # 18 to the Law to regulate the contracts of Public Private Partnership with the Private Sector in Infrastructure Projects.
